FEMA looks to be domestic terrorist organization posing as an agency deciding who lives or dies
✳ NC- Federal Response Overruled? Fed Employees Obstructing Aide
What I am hearing at this moment is that North Carolina State Police will start arresting Federal employees who are objective & obstructive to aide coming from outside sources and domestic residents within the affected areas.
And for those who may question how are they able to do this. Well it is called State Sovereignty. Something that is preserved under Common Law.
All you have to do is read the 10th Amendment.
Which clearly have outlines & bylines as to how assistance is rendered to disaster zones. FEMA is supposed to operate in accordance with the state.
Not becoming the central authority that override local authorities on all things considered safe & effective.
State Rights do not erode under crisis or disaster scenarios where the federal government can operate with impunity and dictate how assistance is mandated while also hindering those efforts at the same time without that State also having the right to prevent overhead & overreach from imposing and exerting unauthorized authority to the detriment of said areas.
FEMA is in a pressure cooker at this time as the world is now realizing they are the sole party preventing aide from reaching the citizens of North Carolina.
Now that Elon Musk has posted about how difficult it has become to implement Starlink to help bolster communications to millions of people it will become even more obvious at tomorrow's rally. We are in the thick of this situation with things becoming clearer earmuffs that we have a domestic terrorist organization posing as a agency who presents itself as the altruistic authority with conditions that if not met decides the fate of whether or not you deserve to live or die.

🌟 THE FORCE OF THE WATER WIPED TOWNS COMPLETELY OFF THE MAP
The momentum that builds as the water runs down the mountain, the force of water has such a powerful momentum, he’s never seen anything like it before, the water is running so fast that entire towns are being wiped off the map, it is heartbreaking to see.
Entire towns do not exist anymore.

✳ Cajun Navy activates in Hurricane Helene aftermath, says devastation comparable to Katrina
Hurricane Helene devastation has inspired volunteers from across the U.S. to answer the call for help
FAIRVIEW, N.C. – Hurricane Helene has caused devastation of "biblical proportions" across parts of Appalachia, inspiring comparisons to Hurricane Katrina in 2005, according to a volunteer search and rescue group official.
The death toll from the hurricane climbed to at least 200, and that number is expected to rise in the coming weeks as officials continue their rescue and recovery efforts.
"I personally lost everything I owned in Hurricane Katrina, which was one of the reasons why I do this," said Ben Husser, vice president of Louisiana-based search and rescue group Cajun Navy 2016.
"I can say that it's going to take time. This is not going to be an overnight recovery. We're talking years, and these people are going to be hurting. They need every resource that's available to them and will be available to them. It is going to be a long, hard battle to come back from this."

🌟 U.S. MONEY INVESTED IN WARS, THE BORDER AND IMMIGRANTS
✳ North Carolina Asks Zelensky For $100 Billion In U.S. Funding
RALEIGH, NC — With civilians working hard to rescue their neighbors along the path of devastation left behind by Hurricane Helene and FEMA revealing a lack of available money, the state of North Carolina asked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky for $100 Billion in U.S. funding.
Though President Biden approved North Carolina's request for federal disaster relief, uncertainty about the timetable for receiving funds amid various obstacles and bureaucratic red tape, the state's officials decided to go directly to the man with more U.S. taxpayer dollars than anyone else.
"He's the man with the money," said North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper.

🌟 LOCAL FUNDING OPENING UP!
Just FYI -
Dogwood is a community trust based in Asheville that was created at the sale of Mission Health non-profit owned by people to a for-profit hospital chain called HCA.
Dogwood got $2 billion to start a few years ago.
Dogwood can only invest its money in the 18 counties of WNC.
Today, Oct 4, Dogwood Health Trust announces more than $30 million in initial relief funding for the unnatural devastation across Western North Carolina (WNC) from Hurricane Helene.
This funding responds to short-term, immediate needs and was approved by a unanimous vote by the full board of directors at an emergency meeting on Oct. 3.
In this initial relief funding, Dogwood is prioritizing support for local organizations that will help local people and organizations now and in the days to come. Staff members are also actively working with local, regional and national partners to attract additional capital to the region and joining partners to advocate for state and federal appropriations.
Dogwood’s initial support is organized in three areas: (1) supporting organizations that can quickly deploy resources and respond to urgent needs of people and geographic areas most affected; (2) supporting assessment, navigation and legal services associated with FEMA response; and (3) maintaining critical health services across the region.
“Hurricane Helene has affected the people and communities of Western North Carolina in unimaginable ways,” said Dr. Susan Mims, CEO of Dogwood Health Trust. “Our response includes this funding for short-term relief, and we will be here for long-term recovery and rebuilding as well. We are working with our funded partners to get resources to all our neighbors in need throughout the region.”
“Several networks of organizations were created from Dogwood’s previous investments that are now helping us deploy resources for health care, legal services and healthy food distribution. We are fortunate to have this nonprofit infrastructure in place,” Mims added.

🌟 RESIDENTS, IN THEIR OWN WORDS
"Fairview resident James LaTrella told Fox News Digital a neighbor gave him cash and gas after his house was destroyed during the hurricane. Other locals have been traveling into town from their neighborhoods nestled in the mountains to collect water and food for elderly residents or young mothers with babies who need diapers and formula.
"We're pretty rugged folks up here, but this thing is bigger than all of us," Richard Blaloch told Fox News Digital as he picked up non-potable water that the Fairview, North Carolina, Fire Department had been collecting from a nearby creek for residents to use for flushing toilets and other plumbing purposes."
———————————————
✳ WE AREN’T WAITING FOR THE GOVERNMENT TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER, PEOPLE ARE TRAPPED UP THERE IN THE MOUNTAINS. THEY NEED US NOW!
I live in Western North Carolina. Asheville was hit hard but even harder hit were all the small mountain communities around there.
Some whole towns are completely gone.
Chimney Rock was wiped out. The whole town went off into the river.
Banner Elk is cut off from leaving except by air.
Marshall is mostly gone.
Lake Lure is devastated.People can set and say all day long we weren't ready. We didn't listen. Let me explain to you that we are country people. Farmers and preppers who were preppers before prepping was cool. NO ONE could have been prepared for this weather. We were not warned that it could be this bad.
But I will promise you this, most of our NC residents in this area had food, water, generators, etc. But they are useless when everything gets washed out. Roads gone. Houses gone. Cars floating away.
Besides, there is no place for placing blame or saying we should have done this or that at this point. Now, we need support and rescue. FYI - you can't store gas Patrick. It only keeps for so long. It has to be used.
And when the gas you had for your car or generator gets ripped out by the surging flood waters, then you have to go find more. What happened to us is not normal! We have heavy rain and flooding all the time. This was not the same.
If you want to see how unreal it all seems, please go look up some of these small towns in Western NC, VA, TN, and GA. The total destruction and chaos will rattle you.
People are missing everywhere up in those mountains. And we are talking about mountain people who are used to living off the land. Who know how to survive a few weeks when the power goes out. Who are used to not having internet and cell service. These aren't city people who always rely on the closest grocery store or convenience store to live.
Please keep sending out prayers. Donate if you can. We have independent truckers, towing services, medical teams, and more bringing in help while the govt is still trying to get there act together.
Telling us not to use highways and interstates to come bring help. Telling us to let them get things ready first. Well, we aren't waiting!
These are our family and friends trapped up there. We are used to navigating this terrain. We have already shown up with tractor trailers full of supplies and equipment to cut up trees and clear areas.
✳ While FEMA and Red Cross haven't begun to do anything. We aren't going to sit back and watch our loved ones die while you get prepared to help them.
You're emergency management.
You should have already been prepared.
They can't wait a week or two for water and food while you figure it out. They need us now!

CIVILIANS SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS - FEELING THE INTENSITY OF THE FIRST HAND REPORTING
I just spoke with friends in Asheville and in areas around it.
Some people got lucky but many didn’t at all and hearing accounts from people I know who watched their neighbors houses get carried away, with the people still in their homes, cars floating, bodies floating, looting, vandalizing, the list of horror goes on and on.
My friend is trying to explain the scale of what he witnessed and hearing him cry because he can’t even comprehend the severity, intensity, and how quickly it all happened. Literally almost overnight. And there’s no way of knowing the extent of casualties and damage to huge areas of lands, towns and cities.
But there is also others showing up out of nowhere, risking their own lives helping people, animals, livestock, etc. Individuals with huge hearts, doing everything they can to help everybody around.
The amount of people who are working together to make the best of this far outnumber the ones who are motivated by malevolent intentions.
No, we do not have everything we need.
We need chainsaws and helicopters, not $750.
If anyone up north really wants to do something, gather a dozen or two chainsaws and I will come and get them and personally deliver them to people who are using them to rescue their neighbors.— at Western North Carolina.
It’s a real issue when civilian helicopters are saving more lives than the black hawks sitting at the airport “waiting for commands”…
We need people self-deploying and going rogue. My partner and his construction crew with chainsaws got turned away several times yesterday by sheriffs and National guard
The North Carolina helicopter rescue team cannot fly safely when they are not sharing communications with the civilian copters. It’s so crazy. There are so many civilians and organizations here to help but it’s so hard to deploy help where it is needed. It’s a cluster fuck.
They haven’t received orders. “Unauthorized”? NO ONE IS AUTHORIZING ANYTHING from our government and people ARE LITERALLY DYING! God bless all of those who take matters into their own hands. You don’t sit around waiting for bureaucrats when people are losing their LIVES!
Currently located in Arden, NC - no power, cell service is intermittent and wifi only exists in a few areas. Gas is available at a few stations and lines are long. Water is out in most of the AVL area.
The storm has affected many in very extreme ways.
Grateful for the people who I am staying with who have generators and stores of food. The neighbors all came together to cook food on camping stoves and share resources.
Playing my handpans today really shifted my nervous system.

✳ PERSPECTIVE FROM AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL WORKER
“Perspective...copied
Hurricane Helene: A note to friends outside of the South.
We live in Greene County, East Tennessee. Our county’s southern border is the Tennessee-North Carolina state line that runs along the heights of the Appalachian Mountains. We are within the hardest hit region of the U.S.
The questions I have been hearing a lot is why was this so bad, and why weren’t people prepared. I’ll try to answer those questions in the following post.
Hurricane Helene was the strongest hurricane (in recorded history) to hit Florida’s big bend region (on the eastern edge of the panhandle). It is the deadliest hurricane to hit the United States since Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
The death toll is over 160 so far. We are still finding bodies, and there are still many, many people missing as I write this today six days after the hurricane hit land.
I work in the emergency department at Greeneville Community Hospital. The hospital itself has been evacuated because we have no water in the majority of the county. We are still running our emergency department as a critical access site for our community. Fortunately, I have a well and didn’t lose electricity for long. I was able to haul water in a 300 gallon tote in the back of my truck to the hospital for the first few days so we could flush toilets and wash hands. It took a few days, but we now have porta-potties and water tanks on trucks to keep the emergency department running.
Under an hour from our hospital to the east, Unicoi County Hospital was flooded requiring patients and providers to be rescued from the roof via helicopter.
Under an hour from our hospital to the south, over the mountains, Asheville, NC has been hit particularly hard.
But why was this region hit so hard?
First, we had a lot of rain before Hurricane Helene even showed up. Depending on the area, we had 7-11 inches of rain in the week before the first storm clouds of the hurricane arrived. This rain saturated the ground and filled ponds and streams.
Then the hurricane arrived. She barreled her way up through the panhandle of Florida, quickly shot through Georgia, and then slowed down and stalled over North Carolina and East Tennessee. And that’s right where we live.
The reason she stalled involves atmospheric pressure conditions that I don’t fully understand, but the result was that this hurricane dropped 20 inches to over 30 inches of rain in some areas… that’s an estimated 40 trillion gallons of rain.
How much is 40 trillion gallons of water?
40 trillion gallons of water is enough to fill the Dallas Cowboy’s stadium 51,000 times.
40 trillion gallons of water is enough to cover the entire state of North Carolina with 3.5 FEET of water.
40 trillion gallons of water is enough to fill 60 MILLION Olympic-sized swimming pools.
40 trillion gallons of water is 619 DAYS of water flowing over Niagara Falls.
So this is an unprecedented amount of rain already falling on an area that had just received ground-saturated rain.
But it wasn’t just the amount of rain, it was the geography of where that rain fell.
The southeastern slopes (of western North Carolina) and the northwestern slopes (of East Tennessee) acted as funnels or rain catchments that directed all this water downhill and concentrated it into streams and rivers running into the valleys. It overflowed these streams and rivers causing massive flooding.
How much flooding?
The French Broad River usually crests at 1.5 feet… but it reached 24.6 feet during the storm.
The Nolichuckey River rose to almost 22 feet. The Nolichuckey River Dam in Greene County, during the peak of the flooding, took on 1.2 MILLION gallons of water per SECOND. Compare that to Niagara Falls which peaks at 700,000 gallons per second. Fortunately, this dam held… but barely, with damage.
Consequences.
The flooding, and all the things the flooding carried with it (large trees, vehicles, buildings, etc.) caused widespread damage. It destroyed homes and businesses. It destroyed roads and bridges. It knocked out power.
This isolated many places for days and days from normal rescue efforts and evacuation plans.
Here in Greene County, the flooding destroyed the intake pump for the county’s primary water supply. We hope they will be able to bring in a temporary pump to bypass the damaged system, but that still may take a couple weeks. In the meantime, most people in the county have no clean water for drinking, washing hands, or bathing, and no water for sanitation.
I have taken care of people in the emergency department who had their homes literally washed away. Everything they own, other than the clothes on their back, has been lost. Many friends have had their homes almost destroyed by flooding and their houses are filled with mud and debris.
And this is just in my immediate area. Other places around us have unfortunately been hit harder.
Why weren’t people prepared?
No one in the mountains of North Carolina or East Tennessee prepares for a hurricane.
It’s kind of like asking why someone in Iowa doesn’t prepare for a tidal wave or why someone in Florida doesn’t prepare for a blizzard. It’s not what happens, like ever.
This was a combination of already rain-saturated ground before the hurricane hit, the hurricane/storm stalling over this region dumping unprecedented amounts of rainfall in a small area, and the geography of mountains channeling and concentrating all this water into the valleys below that created a perfect storm, so to speak, of conditions that caused this disaster.
It couldn’t have been prevented or prepared for.
Please feel free to share this. Hopefully it answers some questions and provides a better understanding of what has happened and why it is so devastating.”
