5th Generation Warfare and Glimpses Into 6th, 7th and 8th Generations To Come

Being we appear to sometimes just be ‘collateral damage’ in war games; though sometimes maybe even an intentional ploy to radically reduce the population on Earth. It would benefit us to come to understand the enemy (or our shadow component of self).
Whichever worldview you hold.

It will surely benefit us to come to know and understand what is happening, so to best be equipped, at least in a psychological sense, to cope. It is my hope that we become master investigators in bringing to awareness the web of narratives that have shaped our worldview.

If we are to transcend the battlegrounds of generational warfare, it's imperative that we not only understand 'the other' but also delve into our own unconscious—our shadow selves. When we find within this courage, we can begin to unearth the motives and fears that may keep us engaged in cycles of conflict.

This isn’t just about our survival; it's about our collective evolution. It’s not just about avoiding being collateral damage; it's about dismantling the war machine altogether.

Together, may we grow in understanding. In this unified effort, we won’t just be coping; we will open the gates for our transformation. We won’t just survive; we will thrive. And in that thriving, we lay down the foundations for a world where generational warfare becomes an archaic memory of ancient battlefields of our storied past.

This is a heroes journey of epic proportion.
As we will move from being pawns on a chessboard
to becoming the architects of a new narrative—
one of unity, understanding, and intergenerational wisdom.

All these were in the news just from the last few weeks

The catastrophic flooding in Libya that has left as many as 10,000 people feared dead is just the latest in a string of intense rainfall events to hammer various parts of the globe over the past two weeks.

In the first 11 days of September, eight devastating flooding events have unfolded on four continents. Before Mediterranean storm Daniel sent floodwaters surging through eastern Libya, severe rains inundated parts of central Greece, northwestern Turkey, southern Brazil, central and coastal Spain, southern China, Hong Kong and the southwestern United States.

THE EVOLUTION OF WARFARE is part 2 of my war series, in preparation for the upcoming post on some latest intel on the Maui inferno. I’ve wanted to lay a ground work of history, so the Maui post may not seem so far fetched. This looks to be much more than just turning Maui into the first ‘Smart Island’.

More and more, in the heartless environment that is becoming ever more prevalent as evil deepens it’s grip on humanity, humans are simply collateral damage*, as the power players play their nefarious evil games.

Part1: Warfare Evolution Blog: Moving toward next-generation warfare

For the moment, let's ignore sequestration, program terminations, funding reductions, and all the negative speculation concerning America's military budget. Let's look at where we are going, in the evolution of warfare. When we're done here, you will see that U.S. military budgets are just being refocused and the net effect will be some level of reduction, at least on the front-end. The reductions we observe today will become directed and focused spending in the near future, on advanced military systems with capabilities you never imagined.

Part 2: Warfare Evolution Blog: Next generation warfare part 2

In our first blog we looked at the history of warfare and how it can help us determine what technological capabilities the U.S. will use to fight future wars. It is critical that we understand the previous generations of warfare before we speculate about the next generation. As Winston Churchill said "the further backward you look, the further forward you can see.”

Part 3: Warfare Evolution Blog: Defeating 3rd generation warfare

We looked at the how the Blitzkrieg (3GW) defeated the Maginot Line (2GW) in Part 2 of this series. As U.S. Army Gen. George S. Patton once said, "a good plan violently executed now is better than a perfect plan executed at some indefinite time in the future." That axiom was proved true when 2GW was overwhelmed in World War II (WWII). Now, let's look at how 3GW can be defeated while continuing to support Patton's statement.

Part 4: Evolution of 4th generation warfare

Our first, second, and third entries in this series covered the early evolution of warfare up through the Vietnam War, where fourth generation warfare (4GW) took hold. In this installment we discuss 4GW and how its foundational ideas of 4GW were originally written by Mao Tse Tung and his co-commander, Zhu De, in 1928.

Part 5: Defining fifth generation warfare

Discussing fifth generation warfare (5GW) makes me think of this quote from the Bible: "I beheld, and lo, there was no man, and all the birds of the heavens were fled."--Jeremiah 4:25. This defines 5GW, non-contact warfare in the present context. Since Sept. 11, 2001 the U.S. has performed more than 500 targeted killings on identified terrorists using armed unmanned aircraft.

Part 6: Sixth generation warfare: manipulating space and time

In this installment we discuss 6th generation warfare (6GW), which leverages sophisticated technology to manipulate space and time. As Arthur C. Clarke said, "any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic."

Just understand that in 6GW, we are getting inside our enemy’s OODA loop (Observe, Orient, Decide, and Act). Once inside, we can control what they see and hear, what they think, what they decide, and what they do, all to our advantage.

Part 7: Looking toward 7th and 8th generation warfare

“The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting,” wrote Sun Tzu in his book "The Art of War."If you can convince your enemy that his military efforts will all be in vain, then you can win without fighting, which is where 7th and 8th generation warfare (7GW and 8GW) will lead us.

It is the war of every government against its own population and every international institution against free humanity.

This is no ordinary war, however. Most of the victims of this warfare aren't even able to identify it as war, nor do they understand that they are combatants in it.

FIRST, LET’S REVIEW THE FIRST FOUR GENERATIONS OF WARFARE

• First-generation warfare: the tactics of line and column, developed in the era of the smoothbore musket;

• Second-generation warfare: the tactics of indirect fire and mass movement, developed in the era of the rifled musket, breechloaders, barbed wire and the machine gun; and

• Third-generation warfare: the tactics of nonlinear movement, including maneuver and infiltration, developed in response to the increase in battlefield firepower in WWI.

• Fourth-generation warfare—the lines between "civilian" and "military" become blurred, armies tend to engage in counter-insurgency operations rather than military battles, and enemies are often motivated by ideology and religion, making psychological operations more important than ever.

• It is capable of being a geophysical weapon

• It can cause climate change (when experts say climate change is manmade, they aren’t kidding)

• It can affect our brains

• It is funded by the military

• It has the ability to cause earthquakes

• It can manipulate our actions

• The project was kept very secretive

“There are two important things to note about this definition. The first is that fifth-generation warfare is not waged against either standing armies of nation-states or guerrilla insurgents but against everyday citizens. The second is that this war is not being fought in a battlefield somewhere, but in the mind.

I will expand the definition somewhat to include the fact that this war is being waged at all levels, not just the mental. The gist of it is this:

Fifth-generation warfare is an all-out war that is being waged against all of us by our governments and the international organizations to which they belong.

It is being waged against each and every one of us right now, and it is a battle for full-spectrum dominance over every single aspect of your life:

Your movements and interactions, your transactions, even your innermost thoughts and feelings and desires. Governments the world over are working with corporations to leverage technology to control you down to the genomic level, and they will not stop until each and every person who resists them is subdued or eliminated.”

It is a war for full-spectrum dominance of every battlefield and every terrain, from the farthest reaches of the globe (and beyond) to the inner spaces of your body and even to your innermost thoughts. And it is a war on you.”

WHAT TO DO

We start to create alternative structures which don’t rely on the current system.

We will not achieve this by thinking that we can win this war by engaging the enemy in their controlled domain. We can only achieve this by creating our own table, our own economy and our own communities of interest. This will require the long and difficult task of increasing our independence from the authoritarian systems in every domain: the information domain, the food domain, the health domain, the monetary domain, the mental domain and every other contested battlespace in this all-out, fifth-generation war.

Easier said than done, of course. But there is no alternative.

We must stop playing their game.

We must stop fighting their war. We must stop ceding our power, our authority, our time, our attention, our energy and our resources to engaging the enemy in their terms in their battlefield.

We must create our own parallel society on our own terms.

War is over . . . if we want it.
